Free2b Girls offers training to help staff and volunteers fall in love with policies and value them as vital bits of paper in their lives.

Our Policy in Practice training, shares how to establish a meaningful working relationship with Safeguarding Children, Duty of Care and Confidentiality Policies, Codes of Conduct and Incident Reports, making it easier to implement them when required. Using Free2b Girls policies as templates we draw upon stories and experiences to inspire interactive engagement with the content. and help develop the confidence to use policies in real life situations.
