  • . “To any women thinking about volunteering, I cannot begin to tell you how rewarding the program is! Training is fun, inclusive, and open. Supporting the girls to be themselves is amazing. Seeing them express themselves in a myriad of ways is often hilarious and heart warming. I can only speak for our group, but they are such a vibrant, active, joyous group of girls and I truly feel honoured to work with them and for them.”

    Sarah, Free2b Volunteer, 2021

  • "It's 'organised, creative chaos'

    Adriarna, group participant 2020

  • Free2b is not something I have to do, it’s something I choose to do. If I’m feeling a little low energy, the energy of the girls raise my vibe and it warms me to see and feel how they pick up on and are sensitive to the women around them. Even if we aren’t interacting, we’re just going about tasks, pottering, crafting, tidying…it’s like a big family home where everyone is just “being” together in a beautiful, shared space.

Hannah, Volunteer and Facilitator , 2021

  • “we don’t have to shout all the time to be heard, and can talk about what we want.”

    Free2b Group participant, 2023

  • 'the more we share our craft stuff with all the other groups the better – it’s like sharing Free2b!”

    Elizabeth, group participant 2019
